Things younger than McCain

This is worthy of a link and a laugh.

It is a website dedicated to stuff that is younger than one Republican presidential candidate.

Such as…

Too funny.

  1. Speaking of presidential candidates… What has happened to Ron Paul? I assume he resigned, but is that just a result of the media blackout on him? Viable or not, is he still officially running as a candidate?

As I watch the mainstream news, which largely focuses on which of the 2 democrat candidates will win the nomination, I can’t help but wonder, “Does anyone mean anything they say anymore?” I also wonder why most people watching the news are dumb enough to believe the constant statements followed by constant recants made by these candidates. This might very well be Barack Obama’s secret slogan: “Here is what I will say simply to get you to elect me. However, if you don’t like it, I will change it to your preferred tone of rhetoric. I will say things and then recant them, you’ll never know which I really mean: the statement or the recanting of it. My statements are flexible like a Gumby doll. You will never know what I really believe because so much contradiction spews forth out of my mouth.” …and so on. You get the idea. Same thing applies to Hillary and her “sniper fire” attack. While that seems like an absurd thing to make a fabrication or exagerration about (Hil, no one is going to diss you because you didn’t encounter sniper fire! But lying…), where a person stands in regard to possible racist attitude, Church of Islam (the newer African American version in the US), “Black Liberation Theology”, etc. is VERY important to the voters. Problem is, most voters don’t realize it will affect them. I can only hope that this wishy-washy Senator means what he says. Er, I mean the less scary stuff.
